Welcome to Pause Circles
An invitation to slow down and catch your breath, a space to be really honest with yourself. Pause Circles offer inquiry and reflection meeting like-minded others where being visible, being seen, heard, witnessed, validated is valued. Joining a drop in Circle is the best way to try Pause
When we give others our full attention, our kindness, when we witness and deeply listen to what they say, we co-create an environment and community of acceptance, humility, connection and belonging.
We care about relationships – yours and ours. We listen deeply, pay attention to energy and levels of inter- connection. We observe, allow and focus on the awakening and evolving potential and consciousness of each person.
Our experiential Pause Circles are led by two intuitive, highly-experienced, perceptive and inspirational Pause facilitators.
Our circles are unique
We explore a different inquiry (topic) each time. We practice deep listening, observing, tuning our attention to the inner and outer worlds, we share stories, perhaps identify a blind spot, voice a previously unspoken concern, and meet new friends.
In our approach, we believe that your achievements depend on how you choose to observe yourself, fuel the fire within your heart and how you then show up in the world. Ours is an invitation to be present, have courage to unmask, be seen, release tensions and awaken to the magic of your soul. We co-create stillness to witness and observe the noise in our genes. Pause Circles invite you to identify your filters of reality - of how you see your world, – and if you choose to – make changes.
The benefits
Through practicing deep listening, becoming mindful, present, being seen, witnessed, validated, heard in a non-judgemental manner, participants have reported a sense of safety and belonging and feeling part of a community that cares. They have “found their wings”, gained confidence and changed beliefs, habits and behaviours. For many, the Circles have opened opportunities for co-creation, and for some, profound awakening and healing.
Remember that you are the common denominator in every action you take, every conversation you have, every belief and behaviour you share.
This work is about deep listening - to your relationship with yourself, your relationship with others and with the world through deepening your Self-Awareness, Self-Love, Self-Acceptance, Self- Expression, Self-Forgiveness and Self-Responsibility.
Pause practices are not meant to be grim duties, they are designed to be a rediscovery of the love and secret beauty that is already within you.

“For me, Pause Circles have become a safe space for meaningful inquiry, deep connection and regeneration. The most telling evidence of their profound impact is the faces at the end of the sessions. It’s joyful to see others light up!”
